mmmm...

mmmm...

blueberries
so tart, so sweet –
you cram them in

addicted

handful
after blessed handful

like kisses

’till you must come up
for air
now turn away

embarrassed

at your gluttony –
but your mouth!
your lips, your tongue, your teeth
are stained a telling blue,
marking you as

guilty.
